Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our cutting edge business. The ideal candidate will work directly with the sales team, customers, and various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. This role involves managing accounts receivable, supporting marketing initiatives, and liaising with vendors to maintain system functionality. Curiosity to learn new things is critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

•Collaborate directly with the sales team and customers.

•Provide comprehensive reporting on aging, discrepancies, and sales.

•Ensure accurate booking of orders.

•Address inquiries related to billing, invoicing, and advertisement statuses.

•Upload advertisement build instructions to the design team.

•Offer solutions to any issues encountered during processes.

•Communicate deadlines, missing artwork, and ad approvals.

•Generate and provide campaign reports as needed.

Accounts Receivable:

•Process payments received via mail, phone, and online platforms.

•Enter billing information as necessary.

•Communicate past due balances to customers and facilitate payment collection.

•Input deposits into QuickBooks Online.

•Create and edit customer accounts as needed.

•Perform system adjustments when required.

Marketing Support:

•Schedule internal and external marketing activities across print, digital, audio, and social media.

•Track and manage marketing plans for events, special print sections, and other promotions.

•Provide performance data and analysis of marketing campaigns.

Vendor Relations:

•Communicate with third-party vendors to ensure system functionality.

•Provide feedback on issues and suggest improvements to vendors.

Experience and Skills:

•Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred.

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

•Familiarity with Google Suite.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

•2+ years of experience in a similar role.

•Proven track record of managing accounts receivable and supporting sales/marketing teams.
